How fast can you start?
From signed proposal to first night on site is usually two to three weeks — long enough for us to staff and train the assigned crew on your specific building. Emergency takeovers can be quicker.

Do you require a long contract?
No. We work on a 30‑day rolling basis. Either side can end on thirty days written notice. No annual lock‑in, no early‑termination fee.

Will the same people clean every visit?
Yes — that's the entire point. We assign a dedicated crew and only rotate them when someone leaves or is sick. We notify you before any change.

Can you be added as additional insured?
Yes. Many of our property‑management clients require this. We can issue a COI with your entity as additional insured within one business hour of request.

What if we already have a cleaner?
No problem. We're happy to come walk the space, give you a quote, and let you decide. If you do switch, we handle the transition timeline with your current vendor.
